We ship across the United States and fulfill international orders on request. If you don't see your country at checkout, contact us and we'll arrange a quote.
Processing & delivery. Orders are processed within [1–3 business days] and delivered within 5–10 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces require additional production time, noted on the product page. (Set your real processing time in the brackets.)
Shipping costs. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size, and shown before you pay. U.S. orders over $[XX] ship free. (Set your real free-shipping threshold here.)
Tracking. Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Duties & taxes. International orders may incur customs fees, duties, or taxes set by the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Delays & lost parcels. If tracking stalls or your package doesn't arrive within the expected window, email us with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
Incorrect addresses. Please double-check your address at checkout. If the order hasn't shipped we can update it; once shipped we can't reroute it and aren't responsible for orders lost to an incorrect address.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returns that arrive worn, customer-damaged, or without packaging may be refused or partially refunded.
The following are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty:
How to start. Email your-email@chaossociety.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with instructions and a return address. (Set your real contact email here.)
Return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility — please use a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us. If the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we cover return shipping.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within [5–10 business days]. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. (Set your real refund timing here.)
Within 30 days of delivery, you can exchange for a different size or style. Email us with your order number and the item you'd like instead. Exchanges are subject to availability — if your preferred item is out of stock, we'll offer an alternative or a refund.
For standard size or style swaps, return shipping is the customer's responsibility and we ship the replacement at no extra cost. If the exchange is due to a fault or our error, we cover shipping both ways.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, email us within [X days] of delivery with photos of the item (and packaging, if damaged) plus your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund and cover all shipping costs. (Set your real claim window here.)
Need to change or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible — ideally within [X hours] of ordering. If your order hasn't entered production or shipped, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.
